2 /5 Rachel Lowe: I wish I had a great review to leave, but unfortunately every time I have had to deal with Highmark, it is because something hasn’t been done. I have been with them for over 2 years and the last two renewals my home owners insurance has been cancelled due to non-payment from my mortgage company to Frontline. When I talk to my mortgage company, they claim they never receive the information from the insurance company. When I talk to Highmark they point the finger right back. Today is 5/11 and apparently my insurance was cancelled on 5/5 and I have yet to hear from Highmark about it. I am looking for a new company asap!!
