Paul Dugas Kathy Hall is knowledgeable, courteous, patient and professional. Her demeanor is pleasant and she is an excellent listener. She is available for answering questions and when she isnt she responds within a reasonable time period. If Im not available, she will leave a courteous voice mail message. Bob Lepa I moved to Lake Worth in 1985 and had an agent that did us well for time being. At some point, I bought a "fixer upper" and got a windstorm quote of $8,000+. After spending a large amount of money on impact window and "strapping" my roof down, the agent told me to celebrate my windstorm had dropped to just over $4,000.
