Over that time, only two associates have been assigned to answer our questions and make sure we were adequately covered for homeowners, auto, umbrella, golf cart and valuables insurance. I was translating for my mother when he told me “if she wants to live in this country that she needs to learn to speak English” then when I ask him for his name he hung up. I will take this as far up the chain as I can. He shouldn’t be working anywhere with that sort of customer service.

Steve Simpson I am a two-time client of East and Greenwell. Used them for house, auto, umbrella, and golf cart insurance…..then switched once when I got a “cheaper” quote and switched providers. Big mistake! My cheapness ended up with a company who was not supportive, had terrible customer service, and within a few months experienced the bait and switch to higher premiums. I returned my business to E and G and have never looked back! Great Service, great competitive pricing, and fantastic follow-up. Try them….you won’t regret it!

George Allen Anytime Ive had a question or concern, someone from the agency has gotten back to me that day or the next. In 2021, when I put a metal roof on the house, the agency handled being in touch with Citizens to amend my policy. Citizens was able to drop me without my having any say. The agency took the time to explain the situation. Ive been in my house over 20 years, with no claim needed to be filed, but I feel confident in dealing with Frank Perez, Allstate Insurance.
