5 /5 Dave McFarlane: I had Geico for the past 3 years since relocating but the price keeps increasing despite not having any accidents on my record and no tickets. So, I decided to switch, State Farm rates are much cheaper than Geico. The customer service so far has been good.

1 /5 Ashley Deery: Extremely DISAPPOINTED with this awful company. Jackie, told me and my father my monthly rate of 92$ and that was it. We both verified it that it would only be 92$. 1 month later i get a bill for 200$ and apparently my bill is 200$ a month not 92$. I have my father call back and she “apologizes” she thought she told us it was a “quote” Also we spoke to regional GM and she just apologized. Jackie knew my whole reasoning as to why I have statefarm because it was cheaper for me. And to have to cancel and go to progressive after already having progressive and then statefarm. it’s a disaster now! How does someone in there right mind belatedly lie and not have good morals. all this company cares about is money. They are filthy liars!!!!

1 /5 J: I have been with State farm for years my insurance had skyrocketed for no good reason. These people rip you off. They change your policies and charge you. They also act like they have to contact main office because they have no clue then main office has no clue. I would advise anyone looking for car insurance to turn around and run as fast as you can to get away from this company and seek insurance elsewhere. This place should not be allowed to conduct business. They lie lie lie and lie even more.
