Pruitt Dentistry Scott and Heather from Kiefer Insurance are both top notch at their jobs. Scott is so kind, professional and takes time to make sure you understand your insurance plan. If he feels you would benefit from a switch in plans he will explain and compare your options very thoroughly. Heather is professional and very sweet. She is good at her job and you can tell she loves what she does. She is fast and efficient when it comes to answering your questions or getting information back to you. Excellent office.

They are extremely every single time I have called. and to sound cliche they definitely take care of the customers because every time I have forgotten a payment or slipped behind they have made sure to go out of their way to contact me in each of the three ways to make sure my policy does not cancel. Jaime Roberts I like the staff they are friendly and helpful. But...for some reason every month I have to call and re-set up my direct withdrawals and they can never find my account after being there 4-5 years. I am not sure if this is because of Assurance America or what the reasoning is.

Ted Paulin Denton was recommended to me by another insurance company when we were looking for auto insurance since we just moved down from NJ. Denton was professional, honest, extremely knowledgeable and great to talk with. He explained why my rate was going to be what it was and what we could do to improve it. We found out that our home owners policy was going to be canceled from another broker because of lack of information. The other broker could not explain to me why, so I called Denton and he spent the next 3 hours going over our 4 point inspection and wind mitigation reports with me. He was able to get us a new policy for our home. If you want a truly professional and caring agent , call Denton!

Tiffany Cruz Update 2 years later : Between Marc and Shelly I have had the best and easiest experience with this company! With how many cars I can flip flop through in a year buying used, fixing up, registering for a couple months and then selling it,... I literally just text them and they will handle it, mostly asap unless busy with other things but still done by the next morning. I would give 10 stars if I could! Marc is an awesome agent to have!! Polite, quick, and the absolute best price out there by far! Definitely call and ask for Marc!!
