We sat down with Melissa Whiting and she is wonderful to work with; integrity, fairness, and honesty. Offered us coffee or water, even. Truly a breath of fresh air for the insurance industry. We are just new clients so we cannot comment on how the company will handle any claims. We love the location here in St. Augustine at Nix Boat Yard Road. Beautiful office; all renovated! We are saving about $1,600; we did reduce our umbrella coverage, yet still a very nice lower premium. Allstate offers 6 months only for auto insurance; for condo and umbrella, a full 12 month policy.
