I typically expect to spend upwards of an hour on the phone nowadays problem solving anything customer service related and I never expect to get an actual human on the phone at first. Brooke was SUPER informative. She literally answered questions before I could ask them and was two steps ahead in helping me with what I needed. I had literally zero questions at the end of our chat and was at a loss for words (in the BEST way) with how the call went. Thank you for being a wealth of knowledge, helpful, and so incredibly kind.

KLOUD KONCEPTS I have been a customer of Lumina since they opened and I can tell you that I have never had an issue with my policies since Ive been with them. At renewal they shop my policies without me even asking and always get me the best deal for the best coverage for both my home and my cars. All their agents are super knowledgeable and very friendly. Most of them know me by my first name and I am happy I can place my trust in their agency!
