5 /5 Gil Samson: My wife and I have been with Richard Morris’ office for years. Our agent, Diana Hillyard always goes above and beyond to get us the best rates and advise us on the best coverages. She is always looking out for us, making us feel like her only clients. The most recent example was when she noticed that we had not been getting a wind mitigation discount on our homeowner’s policy that should have taken effect in 2019. Diana sat on hold with the corporate office until she was able to speak to someone about the matter and ultimately was able to confirm that we should have been receiving the discount and was able to secure a full refund for years of overpayment - to the tune of over $2500!! Thank you so much, Diana! We can’t thank you enough for all of your support over the years!

He has always been knowledgeable of what exactly I need and has helped to make my insurance purchases very easy.
