Christopher Snyder Im extremely disappointed with Frontline Insurance. After filing a claim, I felt like we were lowballed and shortchanged. The process was slow, and the settlement didnt cover nearly enough of our losses. It feels like they prioritized profits over people. Unfortunately, I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Frontline Insurance has been a nightmare to deal with. They found every way possible to minimize our payout. The adjuster seemed more interested in finding loopholes than honoring their customers policy. Thousands of dollars in losses, and were still waiting for a fair resolution. Their customer service is unresponsive, and its clear theyre more focused on their bottom line than their customers needs. Avoid them at all costs. They never paid us because we didnt come to an agreement now that the time ran out they dont want to pay us nothing. DO NOT BUY INSURANCE WITH THEM! STAY AWAY FROM FRONT LINE INSURANCE COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PS: Frontline Insurance ripped my family off thousands of dollars after we filed a legitimate claim. Their adjusters seemed more like investigators trying to find reasons to deny coverage rather than helping us through a tough time. The communication was poor, the process was slow, and the final settlement was insultingly low. Its clear theyre prioritizing profits over people. Weve had to fight tooth and nail for every penny, and its been incredibly stressful. Id advise anyone considering Frontline Insurance to think twice – there are better options out there that actually care about their customers.

Maddy Bird Kat was super helpful and easy to speak to, and made picking a plan far less overwhelming. I had spent the day shopping around for the best rate and felt like people were throwing numbers at me but explaining nothing. Kat was very straightforward in explaining the different policy - things- such that I cant say I understand insurance any more than I did before but I at least felt confident I was making the right choice going with StateFarm and the personal policy she worked out for me. Nicole Burdette I had a huge issue with Progressive insurance blaming my insurance agency (who I have used for 10+ years) and delaying my vehicle repairs. My progressive claims rep directly blamed A Better Deal Insurance agency. Then, with enough actual research, we found Progressive made errors to my policy.
