Ned James I would like to take this time to personally THANK Gabriela Ribot. She is the BEST. Her customer service was nothing less than AMAZING. She is so passionate with the way she treats her clients that she absolutely goes the EXTRA MILE. I was in desperate need of a new car and she assisted me with finding the best policy around. When i got to the dealership ... she worked after works with me assuring me that i would be assisted to completion. She was able to get EVERYTHING done, and her attention to detail was impecable. I honestly felt as if I was being helped by a family member with the way she treated my case with such compassion. When i call moving forward I ONLY WANT HER!!!! ESTRELLA IS LUCKY TO HAVE HER.

Terry Chad was so helpful at a time when we were in a pinch. We needed to add auto for a new car and we were about to have to pay on existing cars. Chad found a fantastic policy for the new car and got the old cars transferred to the same company, Progressive. Better coverage for the old cars and helped us save a lot of money! Chad is so friendly and personable. He really made us feel like we were special. We so appreciated all his help.

Betty Borges A well oiled machine!! Gavin Seward was amazing to work with. He had incredible patience with me. He explained the fancy insurance jargon into laymens terms so that I would understand the coverage that I had. I got better coverage for less monthly cost. The support staff was also great to work with. I would encourage everyone to at least have a quick policy review with Gavin. We are so happy we moved to State Farm.

Pappy G Summit did a great job getting my Flood insurance switched over from the previous owner. Thanks to hurricane Sally and my closing agent making a mistake the policy never got put in my name. Summit went above and beyond to correct the problem that was no fault of theres and worked hard for 3 hours to get it fixed. Thank you so much.
