5 /5 Howard Greenfield: Star and Shield has been my go-to for all my insurance coverage for about 10 years, and I couldn’t be happier. They truly strive to offer the best produces at competitive pricing. In the last few years Jasmine and Mara have been my primary contacts with S&S, and have always been courteous, friendly and professional. If they don’t have the answer when I call, they get it and call me back. The auto and homeowner carriers they have put me with have proven to be responsive and easy to deal with. I have and will continue to recommend S&S to my my friend and colleagues.

5 /5 Wayne Staats: I was with another company for 5+ years and they would raise my rates 16-20% every 6 months. When my last bill came in I lost it. About a year ago I called and asked the reason for the increase and they said it was because every year my vehicles are getting older and arent as reliable. I tried to call my last insurance company 3-4 times over a week and a half. they wouldnt pick up or they said they would have to call me back. I talked to Star & Shield and gave them the coverage I was looking for. They reached out within a hour and were able to save me 40%!!! Talk about doing some awesome job and making a new friend!!! Thank you Star & Shield for the savings and for the amazing customer service!!!

2 /5 Charles McConnell: My experience with Star and Shield was positive in the beginning. Soon after they raised their rates substantially stating due to the high number of claims. Afterwards I was notified my policy was being canceled. They advised me they would be the middle man in finding me another company and quoted me at an even higher rate. Their service has definitely gone downhill.

When I called to cancel, Diondra was pleasant and willing, but asked if Id let her try to find me a better deal. They both look equally shared my interest as if it was their own I could never ask for a better company then star and shield to work with for my homeowners an automobile insurance.
