Nurishan Ali Ryan was very kind and patient also very informative. He actually stayed with me over the phone. It was about half an hour to basically walk me to some of the things for supplemental insurance. Keith Cardin I am/was a Progressive Insurance policy holder for over 4 years. I changed from an agent, directly to Progressive in July of 2024. I requested my payment be automatically withdrawn, just as it had for the years prior. In January of 2025, my insurance lapsed, causing a suspension on my license and a $158 renewal fee. Progressive refused to take any responsibility in incorrectly writing the policy or helping to correct the issues caused by their mishandling of my policy. So, no I have a suspension on my driving record, a $158 fee and a new insurance company. If Progressive was the last insurance company on the face of the earth, Id ask for a recount.
