It was about half an hour to basically walk me to some of the things for supplemental insurance. 5 /5 Sabrina De La Cruz: The Carl Nguyen team is the best team I’ve had by far! Let me explain and give a back story. I was previously with State Farm, however upon my purchase of my new car a year ago on a Weekend I wasn’t able to give a call to get a quote at the office for my new car.I made the mistake of calling the 1-800 number and had the worst possible service. I then decided to make the transition to progressive which was the worst decision. They had explained that I had the highest coverage but was paying less when in fact (after Kevin was able to explain) that they gave me the LOWEST possible coverage. One day recently I was out getting coffee and Kevin (my previous agent from State Farm) gave me a call. He explained the company was making some adjustments and wanted to have me back as a client and wanted to make it work. I then explained my experience I had with the 1-800 center and he was mortified. He asked for me to come speak in person at the office. I got there and the entire team greeted me so warmly. Kevin and I spoke and he got me the best and highest possible coverage without it being out of my budget. I appreciated Kevin’s time and effort to get this resolved for me and for Carl for coming over to hear my story. I’m very happy to be back at home with my State Farm family. I promise you won’t be disappointed with this team!
