Although my mortgage company made an error and paid out my three previous insurance companies, it was Lori that helped me clear up this situation. I was so impressed that I am working with her to reduce my insurance on my condo rental. Thank you Lori for lowering my insurance payments on my primary residence. 1 /5 Maureen: Because of Tiffany Firlik’s mistakes in cancelling my old insurance policy, I am having to pay hundreds of extra dollars for 2 separate home insurance policies. I am still dealing with this issue more than 3 months later. Her work is fast and careless. If you want your home insurance needs handled properly and with professionalism, I would avoid Tiffany Firlik. Someone named Mike claims he’s the owner at this location but he was absolutely clueless. Not a trustworthy agency in my experience. Hope this helps someone. 5 /5 Robin Davitt: Lori and Tiffany have gone way above and beyond in the somewhat now lost “art” of customer service. We have been in constant contact, never losing patience with me, always being helpful beyond belief in finding me coverage at a reasonable cost for my new home in Palm Harbor. If not for my minor brain failure and resultant flooding inside my condo, my rate would be even lower. So much better than what USAA (I.had been a loyal member 46 years!) could offer me. They show integrity, patience, and confidence, and worked hard to find something to fit my limited budget (so many expenses with settling in to a new house!!). I recommend it’s a tie in the competition. They worked as an awesome blossom team and what can possibly be sweeter and stronger than that?
