Over that time, only two associates have been assigned to answer our questions and make sure we were adequately covered for homeowners, auto, umbrella, golf cart and valuables insurance. Both were knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. Weve asked the same questions more than once. Neither have even flinched. And, its comforting to know that Rudy (the R in R.V.) is always available to advise, if needed. His two associates do just fine. I have worked exclusively with Danielle and she is excellent! Moving and getting new insurance can be a stressful process but she made it so simple.
