1 /5 Chris Nussbaum: After receiving notice of impending cancellation months in advance, I was assured this agency would handle binding new coverage. In followup messages and emails it was again assured all would be taken care of. It wasnt, and my property was left uncovered- without notice from any agent. Then, after further calls and emails with no coverage in place, lucky that storm damage had not occured, they were moving quickly finally to fix it ( and maybe get paid? ). I got musical agents who were not available full time, hurricane excuses when fact is this was in front of them months before storms hit, and very disappointed to say the least. I have taken my business elsewhere.
