His calmness also helped me stay at ease as I had a little bump in the road during the process, due to previous issues with homeowners insurances/claims. He got me through it though! He was the last agency I reached out to, yet the quickest and most responsive and was somehow capable of keeping up with my impatient self. Hoping hell take me on for Auto Insurance come February!

Insurance hunting is a nightmare, and I called or communicated with at least 6 agents, none of them called back or did what they said they would. Eric does!!! Great follow up, and he does what he says when he says it! I cant believe all the effort he put into a Citizens policy for us, which we were forced into due to personal reasons. He still got us the best coverage at the best price possible. Highly recommended!

Eric even recommended we get a wind mitigation for our roof, which was a great investment since it helped to lower the price of our insurance rate substantially.
