Jacob Fifer answered in short order and listened to my reason for calling, gave me the email address to send a wind mitigation report, waited on the line to make sure he received it, asked me to wait while it was uploaded and then scheduled a follow up call for next week!!!! Unbelieveable. My faith in humanity is restored.

Eric Gill January 8, 2020 In my experience, Goodwin Insurance is the best place to go for your insurance needs, especially Life Insurance and Health Insurance. They will shop the best deal possible. Richard Goodwin makes everything not only easy to understand but walks you through all your options so that you can make the best-informed choice. In my case, I am an AARP member and AARP sent me a Term Life Insurance proposal which they endorsed with their life insurance company at a cost of $236.00 per month. Richard and his wife, Kay, got me the same coverage with another company for less than $100.00 per month. That’s a savings of over $1,500.00 a year. I am sure lots of people fall for this AARP scam because of the name AARP. However, when it comes to Medicare Supplemental Insurance and Medicare Advantage Plans, Richard and Kay shopped me into a really good policy with an AARP affiliated plan which was not a scam price but a good deal. Just as important when it comes to your insurance needs, there is service after the sale. If one of your plans is going to substantially increase, they will notify you and let you know if there’s a cheaper alternative with the same coverage. I know they also do investments and while I have not used them for that, my hunch is anyone that conscientious in regards to insurance coverage will be just as conscientious on investments. Most people would’ve got fed up or distracted but she was very cool and professional with everything. I said she needs to get promoted but she stated she loves her job so I hope the least they could do is give her a raise. Genuinely I wasn’t ready to make a decision about getting my own health insurance being that I’m 18 but she made the process very smooth and understanding.
