15 days after enrolling I received a call from this office to sell me heath insurance again to which I had to decline and mentioned that I hadnt received anything regarding my plan. The associate tried to quickly fix it by getting me in contact with other teams.
Finally, I received the welcome kit (not their fault), and to my surprise or pediatrician doesnt take the plan they offered me, something I was very particular about when I first talk to the Fiorella rep.
I call them again and mentioned that maybe the pediatrician changed in the last month, but suggest confirming with the doctor, they stopped taking my plan for over 15 months.
I wanted to have this agency manage my car and property, but I think Ill pass.
