1 /5 Logan Ardrey: At the end of the day I forgot insurance is a business. I filed a claim and they some how managed to make my situation worse so they could save a few dollars. Needless to say I will never be working with progressive again.

1 /5 Natalia M: We have been awaiting a tow service since 9:30 pm on 9/1/24. At 2:33 am on 9/2/24, Progressive informed us that the dispatched tow truck, was deemed unsuitable for towing our vehicle at 2:11 am. Prior to that we inquired about the delay around 12:22 am, the tow company offered us the option to have our vehicle towed to their affiliated body shop with a $1,000 deductible reduction. We said we would consider the offer, hours later the company canceled. Concerned about the situation, I contacted Progressive again to address the issue of the towing companys attempted redirection of our vehicle to their body shop and I expressed my worries regarding the safety of our vehicle which they said could be left unlocked in a parking lot due to the delayed tow. Should anymore harm come to our vehicle, I hold Progressive accountable. Based on this experience so far, I do not recommend Progressive. Update 5:23 am our truck was finally delivered. Tow truck driver said a bunch of people were surrounding it. We haven’t checked it out yet but once the sun comes out we will.

1 /5 James Wiggins: Im writing this about the worst mistake I have ever made by choosing progressive. I started renters and auto policy same time using sane payment method. Renters policy never had any problems with. Taken payments out no issue. Auto policy same payment method. Some one made a mistake. And cannot seem to make payments. On date auto payments supposed to take out. Doing so twice they threatened to cancel me. Knowing it the law to have insurance. Started another policy. Again mistake. Went back to old policy. Again could not take a payment out mistake/ error by them.threaten again to cancel. Always saying bank issue . I need to call my bank to fix. All along same payment coming out of same payment method for renters policy no issue. The last time . I got fed up tried to goto another insurance policy Now the policy supposed to be canceled. Charges still going up call again and was told I just need to make $27 payment nothing else. Its recorded . Disregard payment. . Last person I talked to. Mentioned both of us being customer service. I was a manager before. If I made a mistake. Told a customer one thing , miss quote . I backed it up. Progressive doesnt. All errors progressive insurance has made. Im going to collections. And told which I never asked for if we cancel. You will have DMV issues. Sorry about your luck. I wish never contacted issue. I will get this resolved. And will go to another company. Please dont make same mistake I did

1 /5 Luis Vazquez: Attempted to get a quote today via Freeway Ins. agent for Progressive and I was disconnected twice. I called back and I was connected to a line that was offering Health Insurance. Unprofessional to say the least.

1 /5 Lourdes Guerra: Worst Customer service ever. Wanted to cancel auto policy and every single phone number given had a busy tone and would turn of after about 30 seconds. Given four different numbers to call and all with busy tones, even the numbers to report a claim. Can you imagine if you actually were in an accident and needed to contact them. I originally wanted to cancel one policy, now I will cancel all three. They just want your money, what a rip off Insurance Company!
