She is the only ins agent that I have ever worked with that has been so patient, honest, professional and helpful. She will explain everything in detail so I clearly understand, always makes me feel comfortable. Customer Service is her middle name. Even when she cant do anything to help, she still goes the distance. I feel bad always bugging her, but she has NEVER been anything but professional, kind and geniune. I HIGHLY recommend this insurance agency and Kim Leach :)

Her name is Marcie and she was an absolute joy to speak to, and it made my day to have such great service, even though I was declining their product. That is extremely rare and deserves commendation, truly. She is a bright spot in a sometimes frustrating industry, and that is wonderful!
