1 /5 Diane: I called the office at Adrian Fernandez insurance company, and a very rude person by the name of Erika Diaz. I am a daughter of one of their clients that has home owners insurance with them for over 30 years. I have never experience the rudeness and disgusting attitude by Allison Hernandez and Erika Diaz . my parents have been with them for over 30 years. Their insurance went from 1800 a year to $5300 for the year I called to ask them why it went up so drastically they rudely said don’t you realize everything goes up. I work with clients day in and day out and I’ve never ever rude to any of my clients the way they were rude to me. They hung up on me five times stating that I swear don’t understand what the swear words but I know I didn’t curse. They are very rude n there prices are ridiculously high!!!!!! All I wanted to do was lower the insurance for my elderly parents and they refused so we’re taking our business elsewhere. Thank you for 30 years for nothing.!!!! Please do not do business with them. They are horrible. They will take your money they don’t care.!!!!!
