1 /5 Diana Shakirova: I had a disappointing experience with Jones Family Insurance. I was in the process of building a property, and there was a gap of approximately one week between the expiration of my previous insurance policy and the issuance of my certificate of occupancy. To cover this period, I was required to purchase a four-month insurance policy, with the assurance that I would be reimbursed for the unused portion once coverage was no longer needed. However, that reimbursement never materialized.
Despite their initial assurances, I was ultimately asked to pay the full amount. This experience has left me dissatisfied, and I would not choose to work with this company again. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them to others, as their practices appear to prioritize profit over customer satisfaction.
PS. Insurance agent upsell extra coverage that I didnt need, promised me that I will get reimbursed right after I will certificate of occupancy and then just charge me full price for four months. Unbelievable, Im pretty sure this is fragile activity and I will report it !!!
