He is always available when we need him, and he goes above and beyond to help with any questions or concerns we may have. Recently we were turned down for payout on our roof and boat lift due to Hurricane damage, Matthew went above and beyond to help us get the claim reopened. I contacted the “Good Neighbor” company and was told that I would receive a quote for a new policy in a week. A month later, I never heard from them again despite the fact that I emailed them twice requesting an update. I never received a response to my requests. I then contacted Jones Family Insurance and received quotes from three different insurance carriers within a week! Everyone at Jones Family Ins. was extremely helpful and so professional and friendly. They truly cared about helping me! I would recommend that anyone looking for new insurance contact Jone Family Ins. first! They really care about their customers!!

1 /5 Diana Shakirova: I had a disappointing experience with Jones Family Insurance. I was in the process of building a property, and there was a gap of approximately one week between the expiration of my previous insurance policy and the issuance of my certificate of occupancy. To cover this period, I was required to purchase a four-month insurance policy, with the assurance that I would be reimbursed for the unused portion once coverage was no longer needed. However, that reimbursement never materialized. Despite their initial assurances, I was ultimately asked to pay the full amount. This experience has left me dissatisfied, and I would not choose to work with this company again. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them to others, as their practices appear to prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. PS. Insurance agent upsell extra coverage that I didnt need, promised me that I will get reimbursed right after I will certificate of occupancy and then just charge me full price for four months. Unbelievable, Im pretty sure this is fragile activity and I will report it !!!
