William Johnstone I called customer service and was prepared for the typical series of phone mail jail options. Jacob Fifer answered in short order and listened to my reason for calling, gave me the email address to send a wind mitigation report, waited on the line to make sure he received it, asked me to wait while it was uploaded and then scheduled a follow up call for next week!!!! Unbelieveable. My faith in humanity is restored.

George Allen Anytime Ive had a question or concern, someone from the agency has gotten back to me that day or the next. In 2021, when I put a metal roof on the house, the agency handled being in touch with Citizens to amend my policy. Citizens was able to drop me without my having any say. The agency took the time to explain the situation. Ive been in my house over 20 years, with no claim needed to be filed, but I feel confident in dealing with Frank Perez, Allstate Insurance.

Gayle Gari After 25 years of home ownership and always having homeowners insurance during those years without an incident, we had the misfortune of having 2 claims, 1 in 2019 and then 1 in 2020. Of course, our homeowners insurance then almost tripled our premium and then dropped us the next year. Our Allstate agent, Greta Langley was able to secure a new policy for us that satisfies our mortgage requirements.
