I got lucky enough to be connected to her in jan 2022 when first looking for a policy and she has been with me through thick and thin and I can’t imagine working with anyone else. She is an excellent example of how professionalism, company integrity, and care for the customer can all be combined. Excellent and speedy customer service. 5 /5 Swiss Abel: DIANNE was amazing. This insurance company is unlike any other. I couldnt be more pleased with how quickly I had insurance and how simple the process was...also the price. Dianne answered the phone immediately and she got to work on my quote even faster. She was able to save me a couple dollars and accept my preferred payment method. She was friendly and knowledgeable for I was stressed out and had a million questions, which she dealt with calmly. DIANNE IS AN ASSET TO DIRECT AUTO!

5 /5 Rob Scott: I called direct on a whim to see what I need to drive again and when I called I was quickly connected to Diane at extension #20957 and she was ready to help me. She found me the cheapest option I was looking for and also told me about some other insurance options we can go over in the future, I was quickly set up with a policy and she made the payment schedule very clear and helped me understand how and where I can pay! I would recommend her to anyone because for something that can seem stressful or very important it was nice to have a agent hear me out and tell me exactly what I needed to drive legally in this state.
