Melissa Brandon I had the best experience working with Byron at Crown Insurance. Ever since day one being with Crown, I have never been left out in the cold or in the dark about anything. They even took the time to reach out to me to see if they could save me money with my auto insurance. They not just saved me money they even got more coverage for us still for less. Byron was amazing, PATIENT with all 100 questions I threw at him and took the time to answer them all. If anyone is looking to switch companies and not have a worry If it will go wrong, Crown Insurance is the way to go. Byron definitely deserves praise AND a raise for putting up with al my questions. He is an important part of the Company. Top notch Crown. Dont change a thing.

Alex Lowenthal If Bernie Madoff had an insurance company this would be it. Criminally run operation. They send no warnings of expiring insurance and once your insurance expires they call to let you know it expired and because you are no longer currently enrolled it will now cost double to get you reenrolled. This has happened to multiple people I know who have used them. No mail, emails, or phone calls. They did this on both our renters insurance and auto insurance. Customer service was horrific from the start of us working together. Stay away.

ANN GREGORY I cant say enough about Brightway Insurance. They are focused on customer service and satisfaction. They are extremely professional, detail-oriented, quick to response to your questions and needs. Their staff is friendly, welcoming and know their stuff. I have been working with Sally Hensley in their office. We met and went went over all of our policies. She did all the leg work and was able to cut insurance costs but not sacrifice the coverage we need. I would highly recommend Brightway Insurance for all your insurance needs.
