He was there for me when my former home insurance company pulled out of Florida and left me without insurance. He answered all my questions, found one of the few companies that would insure me, guided me to very good inspectors, helped me find a state agency that would help me with a new roof (and lower my sky-rocketed premiums) and all with speedy efficiency. I spoke with Cassandra upon my follow up and she made it an enjoyable experience where I felt seen and heard. Cassandra thoroughly took her time and walked me through the process which was more than any of the other insurances that I previously reached out to did.
