She was extremely patient and spent lots of time helping me to find the best policy for my cars and as a bonus she saved me money!! I recommend her to anyone who wants to get help with their auto insurance.

5 /5 Florence scher: Once you work with Amy you will never want to go with any other insurance broker. She is kind, smart compassionate and any other positive adjectives you can think of. She shopped for the best prices was considerate of my technology ignorance and made what I thought was an insurmountable job look easy. Whoever is her boss and is reading this.....SHE DESERVES a large raise. Dont let her go whatever the cost...LOL

5 /5 C M: Amy is my insurance agent and let me tell you she is AMAZING! this lady is knowledgeable about insurance and very kind and patient as she helps you find the best policy for your circumstances. I hate dealing with insurance and having to shop for policies but Amy makes this grueling process easy and even enjoyable. Give this lady a raise.

1 /5 Kathy Meshako: Navsav had been my agent for years. I contacted them in March to find me better rates ( auto and umbrella). Rene never got back to me. Thereafter I followed up with Amy for weeks who kept telling me that she couldnt find an umbrella that would cover the motorcycle but that she would keep trying and get back to me. Eventually I decided to find a new agent who , within days, saved me hundreds on my autos and over a thousand on the umbrella (including the motorcycle). I do not recommend navsav.

1 /5 Joe Carter: Your commercial account manager, Karishma, failed big-time in renewing my property/liability policies. My previous policy was to expire in March and the provider was not writing policies for Florida anymore. NavSav Ocala acquired my previous agents company "Ocala Insurance"a year or so ago so I took it upon myself to start calling them in January to see what my options were. I was assured that everything would be handled smoothly with the transition to a new provider/policy and that "thousands" of companies will be called and Karishma said it will all be handled within 30 days of my actual expiration date (in March). I called again in Feb..."Dont worry, everything is progressing as it should and I am waiting on a few more prices." Karishma said. Fast forward until the eve of my policys cancellation... I received an email from Karishma after hours (I think it was around 1AM) that said your policy is expiring tomorrow and that I needed to electronically sign the forms she attached to the email. This was the FIRST time I had ever saw these documents or any other documents from her and NavSav. I had questions... but it was after midnight!!!!!! I signed them within the next couple days and then Karishma couldnt get my mortgage companys escrow to pay for the policy... the back and forth went on and on until my mortgage company had to take out its own policy before I stepped in and had to call and handle the situation. Come to find out Karishma was sending them the WRONG documents!! To top that off, they only paid the "Property" insurance portion because Karishma split up the policies into two separate parts "Property and Liability". The mortgage company will only pay the "Property" portion. Yesterday I get a notice of cancellation from the "Liability" provider. I call Karishma and she said she had contacted the mortgage company "every day" and could not get a response from them and that I should go ahead and pay the Liability policy separately. Once again, I stepped in and called the mortgage company only to be informed that it was Karishma who failed to tell me from the beginning that if she split the policies then they would only pay the property side of things. A "group call" was initiated between me, Karishma, and the mortgage companys agent by the agent. It was during this call that Karishma admitted to NOT KNOWING about a mortgage company not paying for liability UNLESS it was included in the "Property" policy. Then I confronted her with the fact that she should have known... then she started "lecturing" me in a very snippy, defiant tone. I called her out for Fing this whole thing up and she hung up. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH NAVSAV AGAIN EVEN IF THEY ARE THE ONLY AGENGY LEFT IN THE WORLD. I WOULD RATHER SELF-INSURE THAN TO HAVE TO DO AN AGENTS JOB FOR HER. Sincerely, PJC
