1 /5 Tammy Graham: My experience with Stephanie was that she was less than enthusiastic or willing to help me with an issue that resulted from an insurance policy that her office sold me years earlier. I naively expected the insurance company I held a policy with for many years to stand behind me, or have my back if an issue arose. Stephanie in particular showed a lack of professionalism and concern in resolving the issue, and was less than willing to investigate the matter, or provide necessary information to help me resolve the situation. She only provided a nonworking number and incorrect policy information. In contrast to Stephanie, my second call to the agency was thankfully answered by Claudia who was very helpful and professional, she went out of her way to provide me with several contact numbers and the correct policy information which I used to resolve the situation.
