1 /5 Deavd Stylwell: Got a quote for a 1 mil commercial policy . the next week I come to purchase it and they raised the rate ten percent. Didnt even tell me until I drove across Gainesville, couldnt bother to call just expected me to pay, go to this place if your to stupid to shop around!

2 /5 William Jones: I see why only a 3.7. I see another has called with insurance questions but received no call back. Ive called and left messages and emails twice today.. i finally received a brisk email after several hours. Person told me theyd call tomorrow because, they were, "very busy today". Very unprofessional person, very poor customer service! Ive had insurance through this company for many years and this js indicative of their service. Always a hard time talking to a person. Very poor customer service. Agents name was Alejandro Ruiz.

2 /5 Thomas Mccallum: Hub international purchased the Scarborough company some years back. The Scarborough company was known for customer care and fantastic service. I was with Scarborough for over 30 years and never had one complaint. When hub international took over the entire organization took a downward turn. I just canceled my last policy with them which I had held for over 30 years. I am so glad to be done with this company. Its impossible to get through to a local agent, calls are never returned, callbacks, on the rare occasion that a representative is reached, never happen. Dont expect any type of customer service or competitive rates from this company Stay away at all costs!
