1 /5 Kendall Bay: Security first cancelled my policy (because they wouldn’t cover the type of wiring in my house). Sherri (with Ellis Insurance Agency in Marianna) is my local representative, I guess. She told me that she spoke with a customer service rep and got everything taken care of and the policy would just not renew at the start of the new year. However, I have received multiple letters saying that my policy would be cancelled due to non-payment. Now, Sherri has just stopped responding to emails I guess since I’m not one of her policy holders. I’ve reached out to ask her to fix this, since I don’t want to end on bad terms with the company, as this is an issue of something they won’t cover rather than me not paying them. Not a very good way to do business, Sherri and quite frankly very unprofessional.
