Of course you have to do your part to get the special discounts. Recently I had a loss, and they come through for me. Right from the start, everyone was friendly and professional. The appraiser Ken, and the claims adjuster Kimberly, followed up throughout the process making it easy. I am very impressed with how organized and fast everything went. Ryan Dietzel They are great! I had some issues with receiving compensation from insurance companies on a reliable schedule—one month it was the second Friday, then the first Friday the next month. Thankfully, the team at Health Insurance Store worked diligently to sort everything out with the insurance companies. Theyve assured me that payments will now be processed either on the first or second Friday of the month. I understand that the delay was more on the insurance companies than the Health Insurance Store itself, and I really appreciate how great theyve been to me throughout the whole process. Highly recommend their service! Hopefully its first Friday again though! haha

Rob Childs Dealing with Ashley at State Farm has been amazing. With my busy schedule she has been amazing. I have been able to accomplish successful policies on 5 vehicles and multiple homes all through text and email. I think weve had to have 1 phone call. The rest has been fast response time through text and email. I have seen cheaper options but the service Ashley provides and having the ability to speak to a person asap without AI or being transferred only to get lost has been huge. Ashley has been a life saver and the reason we stay with State Farm.
