1 /5 R M: This company is garbage After staying loyal to them for 17 years they “forgot” to bill my card which was contractually set to auto pay. They did not notify me that my policy would cancel until after they canceled it. Now i have a lapsed policy which they refuse to reinstate due to their error and expect me to pay thousands more a year for the same coverage. I will never use or recommend this company again

5 /5 Sandy Smith: I am so happy with Amica! I have been with them for over 15 years. Whenever I call around, their prices are better than the bigger companies. Of course you have to do your part to get the special discounts. Recently I had a loss, and they come through for me. Right from the start, everyone was friendly and professional. The appraiser Ken, and the claims adjuster Kimberly, followed up throughout the process making it easy. I am very impressed with how organized and fast everything went. I am also happy with the adjustment I received for my loss, it was fair. I recommend them to all my friends Thank you Amica, for being there and caring.

4 /5 David Shaffer: I have a terrific rep from Amica and have been a customer for 20 years. Rates are moving up quickly however. I will shop around next renewal to see what the market has to bear. I have done that before and come back to Amica. Its an insurance company people.

2 /5 Christi Woodson: I have been a customer for over 13 years. In September, I was creamed from behind which was a bit traumatizing. My van was declared a total loss. I was assigned a total loss adjustor (Sandra) who was not friendly and had zero empathy. She did not "volunteer" any information. She did not let me know that I should submit any repairs for the last year which could increase my valuation, or provide any other tips for increasing by market valuation which I thought was very low. I can only assume that she makes money by paying out as little as possible for the company? I also was not informed that I should contact the DMV to let them know the vehicle was totaled, so I have been paying insurance on a vehicle that I have not had for 2 months. Overall, I did not feel like I was treated like a valued customer. One of the reasons I chose Amica back in 2010 was their reputation for an outstanding claims process. This is not what I experienced. I will be shopping out my policy when my policy expires.
