5 /5 Rob Childs: Dealing with Ashley at State Farm has been amazing. With my busy schedule she has been amazing. I have been able to accomplish successful policies on 5 vehicles and multiple homes all through text and email. I think weve had to have 1 phone call. The rest has been fast response time through text and email. I have seen cheaper options but the service Ashley provides and having the ability to speak to a person asap without AI or being transferred only to get lost has been huge. Ashley has been a life saver and the reason we stay with State Farm.

Tom handled my call and was incredibly professional, clear, and considerate in his explanation of my policy options, requirements, limits, etc. It’s honestly incredibly refreshing to receive this level of customer service in any industry but especially in insurance where costs have seemed to skyrocket and agents seem to no longer care as much as they could. My policy is incredibly affordable, especially compared to what I was previously paying.
