Farmers Insurance - Pompano Beach (FL)

Jeanette Kniolek Sandy Gorham is an absolute joy to work with she goes above and beyond for her customers made us feel very welcomed. She’s extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Even went as far as to talk to my old insurance company to try and fix a problem that I was having with them she comes highly highly recommended.

Susan Chase I sold my property 4 months ago and have been trying to get refunded for my unused premium ever since. I sent them my closing statement promptly. After waiting over 2 months, I called my broker since they won’t talk directly to me. Without any notice to my broker they were holding the check to confirm the address the check should be mailed to. After confirming address, I waited another month and called my broker again only to find out they sent the check to an address I haven’t lived at for 3 years. Now I have to wait for check to be canceled and new check to be reissued. Is this company legitimate! Sounds like they are avoiding payout. I have always paid my premium in full and in a timely manner. They should have to pay me interest for holding onto my money for 4 months. They would have definitely charged me a late fee since they have charged all sorts of fees the 6 years I was with them and I have never put in a claim. With this treatment, I am so glad I never did. It would have been a nightmare. I never leave negative reviews but this is unacceptable. Beware.

Ryan Thomas John at Florida Farm was able to cut my auto insurance and save me some major monthly cash! He took the time to explain the coverages to me and even made some suggestions. He always responds to my questions (which is very important to me) in a timely manner. Hes a good guy and does a great job. I would definitely recommend John and look forward to working with him for many years to come!
