Sarah S Eric is absolutely AWESOME! So helpful and knowledgeable. His calmness also helped me stay at ease as I had a little bump in the road during the process, due to previous issues with homeowners insurances/claims. He got me through it though! He was the last agency I reached out to, yet the quickest and most responsive and was somehow capable of keeping up with my impatient self. Hoping hell take me on for Auto Insurance come February!

P M The folks here are wonderful, especially Stephanie McWhorter. In the last few weeks, I was going through lot of vehicle changes in the family and had all kinds of complicated request. Stephanie was ultra professional and completely went above and beyond to make sure that my policy was activated in time. Even when I call into the office, everyone is very pleasant and accommodating. My progressive claims rep directly blamed A Better Deal Insurance agency. Then, with enough actual research, we found Progressive made errors to my policy. Amoy Guthrie Called in several time to cancel my policy and on two attempts as soon as I mention cancel policy the call ended.
