Alyssa has been such a pleasure to work with. She is knowledgeable and she really goes over and beyond to help. Through those years I’ve had the unfortunate file a couple claims on separate vehicles and each time was smooth and resulted in a favorable outcome. The last five years I’ve had State Farm provide renters insurance, cheaper than what’s offered but my apartment complex made it a no brainer. However, the single most important thing for me is knowing I can get to a real person when I need to. Calling the local number gets me connected to Barbara’s team every time! Even submitting something through the app, Barbara’s office rings me same day with the information or updates I’m needing. In this day and age of AI and automated phone prompts, Barbara Coleman’s office is reachable without the need for automated phone systems. Think about it, if you need your insurance, the last thing you want is to jump through hoops to get a rep on the phone. I may pay a little more for my auto insurance than the other providers offer; but, the ease of service is worth the cost. The piece of mind I have is off the charts knowing Lori or Barbara are just a phone call away.
