Chris Pena Made the switch to Domain Insurance after my previous company kept on raising my rates with no claims made. Not only did Donna find cheaper rates but she continually looked for additional discounts after I received quotes from her. All of the sudden my previous company tried to “review” my coverage and look for cheaper rates. They still couldn’t match Domain Insurance rates for same coverage. Donna went ABOVE AND BEYOND!! I believe Domain Insurance will keep their customers best interest in mind when renewals are approaching and always look what the best options are available.

ANNESE Dunleavy While out of the country I recd notice that my insurance direct debit was not made, and my policy would be cancelled. I found out that the bank pulled my payment as potential fraud and as such created non payment of my insurance premium. I had to contact Lydia via messenger to try and resolve. She proceeded to provide me with information as to what needed to be done. Since I was returning back to FL on the weekend she agreed to meet with me today so that we could get my account back on track. I would have hated to have my policy cancelled through no fault of mine after being a State Farm customer for 40 years in Vegas and about 6 years in Florida. Being out of the country I was in a panic. But Lydias research, prompt response and resolution went above and beyond and I could finish my remaining vacation knowing everything would be taken care of. Kudos Lydia and State Farm. .

Mostafa Bassiouni Lee Atkins and his team are superb. The home insurance renewal declaration that I received in August 2025 did not take into consideration the fact that I replaced the roof in March 2025. Daniel and Gisell were very helpful in updating the roof information. The insurance carrier took only 3 business days to reflect the update and reduce the premium. The office of Lee Atkins provided me with excellent service.
