She looked up if my car had a recall - which tends to jack insurance prices up - and it did. She told me to take care of the recall and come back for new quotes. I haven’t gone back yet but plan to soon. It was such a nice experience getting multiple quotes all in one go, and with the help of a polite, patient person.
