They’re customer service is prompt, courteous and I’ve never waited for anyone or anything.I have had a recent issue with a car dealership and Bobby Wood has been so helpful and nice. He follows up and really goes above and beyond. I’ve great service with auto owners, but he’s been exceptional. Thanks for your help! .

3 /5 Robert Bradley’s Pickle Parables: BAD EXPERIENCE WITH MY ONLY CLAIM WITH AUTO OWNERS. For many years Auto Owners Insurance has routinely collected high premiums. Until now I have not had an insurance claim in 45 years I have been driving. I put in a claim in July of 2021 with Auto Owners Insurance. Unfortunately in spite of the high premiums Ive paid I receive little customer service resulting from an inaccurate estimate from Phillip Scantlebury (Estimator) and Terry Jones who are handling a claim for minor damage ($8,000) to my Ford F250 work truck for a company I own. I have phoned and followed up via emailed seven times. I finally reached Mr. Scantlebury on his cell phone three weeks ago but he told me he was off that particular Friday but he knew I had been trying to reach him and he would phone me the following week. When I received no correspondence I reached out another four times via both e-mail and his cell phone copy his business associate Mr. Jones asking for assistance with no reply or response. I rely on my damaged work truck for everyday use. As a former licensed insurance agent I know how seriously the CFO of the state of Florida who regulates insurance for consumers like me takes. I am simply trying to get someone with Auto Owners willing to help me.

We had 4 clams in past 3 years 2 was because my window shield got hit twice with rocks about two months apart. husband hit someone rear ended them. In September 5 months after I buy my truck so guy t bone me so I can understand our first wreck was our fault but being t bone how is it my fault and I thought window shield was cover this company does care about anything but making f^$^* money 45 Years what a waste .
