Rosa Avelar was the agent that assisted me. She is very courteous and professional. She made me feel important and provided me with great service. Rosa is not your typical insurance agent. She goes the extra mile to be sure you have the right amount of coverage for your situation. After being involved with another agency and due to their lack of involvement and communication my previous homeowners insurance was to be cancelled so I reached out to Rosa and right away she got involved and resolved the matter in a timely manner. Pappy G Summit did a great job getting my Flood insurance switched over from the previous owner. Thanks to hurricane Sally and my closing agent making a mistake the policy never got put in my name. Summit went above and beyond to correct the problem that was no fault of theres and worked hard for 3 hours to get it fixed. Thank you so much.

Brenda Williams I have been working with Arrington Ins for several years now, when Arrington/Kim was highly recommended to give them a try. She is the only ins agent that I have ever worked with that has been so patient, honest, professional and helpful. She will explain everything in detail so I clearly understand, always makes me feel comfortable. Customer Service is her middle name. Even when she cant do anything to help, she still goes the distance. I feel bad always bugging her, but she has NEVER been anything but professional, kind and geniune.
