Once I gathered my information I was then put in touch with Ashley who was a total pleasure to work with. She was also very friendly, super responsive and knowledgeable. I soon dropped all the other agents to work exclusively with Ashley because I trusted that she would represent my interests and she did. South Shore, in my experience, is the kind of agency that earns your business with prompt, pleasant and efficient service. Ashley is the best. I might add, there are no voice mail prompts no referrals to websites and forms. They answer the phone on the first two rings and get to work. Love it.

The documentation was well organized and easy to fill out. They even took care of the logistics of canceling my other insurance. Ultimately saving us about 25% on two cars. Highly recommend.

She was also able to find me new homeowners insurance coverage was $3000 cheaper than what my current carrier wanted me to renew at. Ariel, job well done!!!!!
