Keep in mind I have never put in a claim in all the years that Ive owned a home which is about 40 years. My boss recommended Brightway so I gave them a call. I had the pleasure of speaking with Victor who was extremely professional, genuine and wanted to help me. He was able to get me insurance at half the cost and this policy included flood insurance which my previous one did not. Victor took the time to answer all of my questions and help me understand the coverage. At no time did he pressure me to go with his company. He was able to exceed my expectations not only with his patience but he really made me feel important and he wanted to help me. 1 /5 steven arnold: Brightway has the most substandard cust service that you could have i will never have them again when you call the phone is answered by an automated system. After you put your information in and tell them what youre there about. After numerous times they will transfer you to somebody else. Once you speak to a human being, youre asked the same information that you put in when you were on the automated call. Then you tell them what youre calling about. Oh, well have to get you to an authorized agent. Once you get to an agent, you have to. Reiterate, all information entered the last 2 times its a very long process, and its very aggravating to actually talk to somebody there. Once you talk to them some people that you talk to are incapable of doing your job. I was with brightway away since 2014 and after all, the aggravation that I have been through with these people, I have finally left and will never return back.
