1 /5 Maria Juvert: VERY Unprofessional. They have given my mother in law the run around for almost 3 months. Every time we call we get a "very busy we will call you back" or "sorry we cant help you" . I had to cancel my policy and cant get a refund. Its been 3 months. We just want her refund.

Im only trying to use one of the services they advertise its not like Im asking for something out of the norm!

3 /5 Alex M: When I first started my business 5 years ago I started with Varcas insurance for my liability coverage. They did amazing for about 2 years then they started to loose employees and the new hires either don’t care about the account enough or you have to be pushing them to perform. As a business owner you really on your team (insurance companies or providers are part of your team. To keep your business updated with renewal and with COI to be send out on times. If this doesn’t happen guess who looses $$$$$? Yeap you !!!! My recent experience made me change my liability insurance to another company. I will not have to tell an adult that is getting payed to do their job to send a COI over and over and over and explain to him or her how to do it. New hires need better training. Mrs. Luz is the only one in this team that cares and actually knows what she is doing. I would give this place 1 star if she wasn’t there.
