Melinda Burdiss poor customer service, incompetent agent - Max constantly assured me our policy was in good standing even when the insurance company kept sending letters of cancellation - dont trust this guy - he doesnt know how to do his job - this isnt some small policy this is a commercial policy that costs thousands to start and maintain and now we are out the money and scurrying to find another policy - if I could give 0 stars thats what he would get

Keith Diotte Finding travel insurance was quite simple with Nelsons & Associates. Savanna and Robin promptly furnished a group quote for international travel. Prices were cut in half from what we used to pay. I definitely recommend Nelson and Associates.

Alien Russ if that is truly his name, he is rude, disrespectful and racist. I was translating for my mother when he told me “if she wants to live in this country that she needs to learn to speak English” then when I ask him for his name he hung up. I will take this as far up the chain as I can. He shouldn’t be working anywhere with that sort of customer service.
