1 /5 Ingra Gardner: I have been a State Farm customer for over 25 years. I transferred to this agent and would call for information or assistance, be told I would receive a call back, and never did. It was not until I told the receprionist that I wanted to know the process to transfer my insurance that I spoke with the agent, Lori Kennedy.
One of the worst exchanges I have ever had. I have never felt so unappreciated. She simply did not appear to care.
