5 /5 Jean Maneri: My policy was being non renewed & it slipped my mind. My agent neglected to remind me & dropped the ball so to speak. In a panic I started calling agencies & came upon Royal Insurance. Between the owner Debbie & the girls I was able to get inspections done & a policy written without the bank giving me the lender placed insurance. Id recommend them to anyone. A pleasure to work with.

5 /5 Trevor Man: I needed car insurance in order to pick up a car from the dealer. I was able to get a quote, do the paperwork via email with the agency. I had a policy paid for & ID cards within 30 minutes. Couldnt get any better or easier. They know their stuff!

5 /5 2631 LHP: We needed Garagekeepers Insurance which we quickly found out how very little agencys offer it. Royals staff are so super kind, and took the time to answer every question we had. Every call was answered, and if a message had to be left for Tom, we would get a return call back within an hour.

1 /5 Elysia Hurtado: I recommended this agency to my 23 y.o. based on the reviews of how helpful they were. My daughter was in a desperate situation bc her insurance had gone up to $600/mo for a couple of accidents that happened over 2 years ago (one of which was not even her fault). Who can afford that!? Especially a young adult trying to get a start in life. I thought that maybe by going to an agency they would have better resources to find a policy for her that was more affordable. What I expected was to have her call answered by a compassionate/caring individual but instead she was met with a RUDE /uncaring individual who, once she saw her history REFUSED to even TRY to help her and bluntly stated "Oh I am NOT going to write a policy for YOU." I was so embarrased for recommending she call this agency whom I thought would help take care of my daughter. Instead she was met withDISDAIN for her less than stellar history. It is already difficult enough to have gone through what she has with the accidents. Only one of them was her fault. These kids out here are just trying to survive in todays economy and the JOB of an agent is to TRY to help. Even if in the end she could not do anything for her...the simple fact is - she didnt even TRY...AND she was RUDE TO BOOT! Be forwarned that they WILL DISCRIMINATE against you if you have anything wrong with your driving history!
