Progressive Insurance - Claims Office - Lakeland (FL)

1 /5 tawanna brown: If I could give them a 0 believe me I would. I was hit by one of their customers and they dont want to take liability. The claims representative I spoke with was very rude and snooty, didnt want to answer the questions I had a right to ask regarding to his decision not to accept responsibility. He even accused me of bullying his client into accepting responsibility. I asked to speak to a supervisor, of course the supervisor never called back. The supervisors voicemail message stated he would call back within 24 hours. It’s currently been 26 hours and counting….Very shady company.. Make sure to Take your notes/videos/statements/recordings and advocate for yourself

1 /5 Caiti Levy: Worst customer service!! They called my work asking questions about our client. When I asked a question as to why they were asking me about “my client” Stephen’s response was “do you have a problem”!! I said not at all but I’m asking why you are randomly calling asking me about what my customers spend. I then asked for his name and to be transferred to his supervisor and he hung up. I called back and he blocked our number. I have never met someone so rude before!!
