Christine Reid Fast and excellent customer service. He is pleasant and friendly, always gets me the best price for my money. The office has a nice atmosphere also.

Eli Mikhalevich This office has some of the best staff/agents in the company. Would recommend anytime. This will be my families only location to visit whenever needed, simply because of the experience and service they provide.

Seth Heggart They refuse to provide you with an SR-22 if you relocate. I live in Colorado. In Colorado, if you want to get a new drivers license, an SR-22 is required. .... but Bristol policy is that they do not provide it for anybody relocating. They also comped only 400 for a hit and run and covered just three days with a rental. It wasnt until after I got the policy that I was told its a "high risk" agency which apparently sets a different standard for interdepartmental rules and regulations. Had I known that, I wouldve stayed with Root. Root is a phenomenal agency but I thought Bristol had a lower rate. After I signed the initial policy, I was called the following week and was told they needed to add something else on which then jacked up my payments by 80 dollars, rendering them more expensive than Root at that point. There wasnt any point in me switching and I regret this. Ive held a policy with them for just over one year so there has been some time and grace on both sides.

Dave Brackett They now handle all of my insurance needs. If I have a question or need to change something, they handle it. We also got the best rates available. They provide perspectives that are not available from online or company agents that have been of great benefit. They know the providers on the island and coordinate our insurance appropriately.

They all support each other and work very hard to give the best customer service. Prestige Insurance Consultants offer many options for your insurance needs. Their follow up is excellent and timely. I recently moved out of Florida and the follow up after my business is done in Florida has been exceptional. I can only hope to find such professionals in my new state.
