It keeps telling me that I had to enter a valid license number even when I entered my valid license number. Then I decided to have Jenna call me and help me with it. It was a smooth process with her. No dull moments too as we were joking about dealing with technical problems on the website or just using technology in general. I like Jennas genuine approach to customer service. Kudos to her!
