Mrs. Roxanne Bernabe (Office Representative) was absolutely phenomenal!! As a new customer and shopping for new insurance agent, she went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and had a clear understanding of the policies, my quote, saving money, etc. Very professional, courteous, personable, and understood my insurance needs. She even printed out directions and instructions for me to the local DMV. Mr. English you and your outstanding staff are winners in my book!! 5 /5 Karl Donnell: Ive been w/ State Farm a long time & w/ John English office since I moved to Florida in 2000. I met Mr. English only once - However, he knows how to hire very good people to work in his office. All Ive spoken to are knowledgeable & professional. Lately, I`ve been working a lot with Mendy. I had some issues that I called about several times. I would have lost patience with someone like me. She, to her credit did not. Mendy made many calls to State Farm Corporate on my behalf and I am very happy with the results. I would like to add that on every call, she was upbeat and positive. Thanks, again Mendy !!
