1 /5 Connie Workman: Budget Bi-Rite Ins. is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. They needed money from me immediately, to pay for flood insurance. On July 11, 2025, I gave them $420 within a half hour of their request. I had no money and had to give them a credit card for the payment. As it turned out, I did not need flood insurance and they have now told me 5 TIMES, that my money was mailed back to me and I should expect it in 7 to 10 days. It has now been 31 days and I do NOT have my money. I have paid interest on the credit card for that money and it’s a certain bet they will not reimburse those charges??? I have called them numerous times and they CONTINUE to lie about sending the money back to me. When I went to school, 7 to 10 days did not mean 31. They are horrible to tell you lie after lie after lie. I will NEVER deal with this company again, nor will I EVER refer them to anyone, but in fact, quite the opposite. I will tell everyone how they operate their business.

Lucia, Carmen and Juanita were very kinds and helpful to give me quotes for my vehicles and home insurance during my initial visit. After Carmen set me up with an affordable policy for my home insurance, I ran into an issue of great concern with an insurance company; not with Budget Rite, for a personal reason that put me at risk of cancellation. Lindsey, Ashley and Megan were so patient with requesting information needed to reinstate my insurance policy even to the point of responding so quickly to my emails I sent them after hours. Literally, Megan Peck responded back to one of my emails at 9:44pm. They are a true example of excellent employees with the desire to represent their place of employment with dignity. I am very satisfied with the outcome of my policy reinstatement and with the great service I was provided. I would recommend this insurance agency to my family and friends.

1 /5 Dorothy Pang: Used them for 4 years for home insurance, flood insurance, and liability insurance. The first year was good but then it just went down hill. They let my liability policy lapsed without notice. When I tried to call and email them to check what’s going on, no one responded. I had to follow up so many times, then they go back to me with the wrong policy and never really addressed what happened to my liability insurance. Not until today. I’m just glad I sold the property and never had to deal with them anymore. Honestly, just admit someone made a mistake and renew my policy right a way wasn’t really rocket science.
